Here's a walnut/padouk bowl I made. I like the color combination of red/black. This is by far the best finish i've ever achieved, somehow it came out very shiny from sanding, and just shone after a few coats of polyurethane. I don't have it anymore, but I think ~ 7"W, 4"T

That a beautiful peice. Why did you part with it? I always have a hard time parting with my nicer work. I've sold a few boxes I made on the incrajig but I have yet to sell a bowl. Beautiful work. I must say I'm really enjoying the wood combinations I'm seeing. thanks for posting the pic.
