Delta X5 14" bandsaw....excessive flex between bandsaw and cabinet.

The sheet metal that the cast iron portion of the X5 bandsaw bolts to is about 1/8" thick. There is so much flex between these two sections of the bandsaw. The operation of the bandsaw is not affected by this, but it is quite anoying.
Has anyone done anything to address this?
