Pen kit questions

Penn State has a click on and off flash light that my mother would like me to make for my father. It has to be the click type as the press on type would not work for what he would be using it for. (yes he will be using it)

My question is this: Berea seems to carry the same style flash light as penn states "press on one" and at penn state the bushings are the same for both kits. Does anyone know if I order the bushings and drill bit from Berea if they will work for the penn state kit? or better yet does Berea carry a click version in the new catalog that is not on the site yet?
