A couple Maple bowls

A couple of bowls from a lightening struck hard Maple. I don’t know if the lightening had anything to do with it but the colors and figure of this Maple is quite nice. Small bowl is 5 1/2d and 2 3/4t. The large bowl is 8d and 4t. Both are finished with Waterlox.
