Padauk Bowl

Here is a small padauk bowl that I turned today. It is about 6" in diameter by 1 3/4" deep.

Stan, I wonder if your shop is as red as mine was when I did a padauk bowl. I still haven't gotten it all up.:rolleyes: Great job BTW. Like Keith said some more pics would be great. Also, what did you finish it with?

That is a purdy bowl. Beautiful color and the shape seems very graceful.

OK, I added another pic. I finished it with several coats of BLO and then buffed. Not only is my shop red, but I am now red from head to toe! And it doesn't easily wash off.

Very nice Stan. The sanding and finish is great and I like the form. Padauk is one of my top 5 favorites.:)
