Just an FYI. My local Lowes has these for $99 today. It comes with two of the 1.3vah batts. instead of the 2vah but it does have the smart charger that covers PC batts from 9.6, 12, 14.4 and 19.2v. 0-450 and 0-1450 ranges, etc. I grabbed one thanks to some xmas gift cards.
