Fellow Padding Finishers,...........Do any of you finishers know of a recipe or know how to make up a Padding Lacquer? I've also heard it called "French Lacquer" I like to make my own Padding Shellac(1-1/2 lb cut). So, I'm interested in a padding lacquer as well. Would the cut be about the same as a shellac cut? I have Deft (gloss) brushing lacquer on hand & was wondering if the retarder in it would pose a problem, or should I get the regular(solvent) spraying type?....Thanks in advance,........ Phil
