This is going in my wife's stocking. Slimline kit from LV. Cherry wood. Guess I should have wiped the smudges off the thing caused by my hot little hands before I took a pic. :rolleyes:

Any recommendations from you pen experts is appreciated. I'm going to practice on a few more of these for teachers etc before I start venturing into cigar pens and other things.

Nice job Gary, looks like you have it down pat, only mistake you made was giving it to the wife as she will show her friends and next thing you know you won't have time for anything else but pens to fill her orders :D

Gary,

You finally got around to making one, it's about time and CONGRATS.

The pen looks great!

On your next one, fatten and taper the lower barrel a little to add heft and compare the grip to see what you think on how it fits in the hand.

That's exactly what the first pen should look like. Now that you have the feel for things...the world is yours. Nice going Gary!:)
