Xmas Project - Music Box

I decided to build something for my g/f for xmas, and settled on a music box. I got the idea for the look from a box I saw in Box-Making Basics by David M. Freedman.

Dimensions are 4" x 6" x 2½". The sides and legs are joined with mortise-and-tenon joints. The lid is rabbeted to fit the carcass, with 1/8" showing.

Woods are Curly Soft Maple (sides), Padauk (lid), and Ebony (legs and pull knob for lid). The music movement is an 18-note Sankyo movement.

I'd love to hear any design critiques.
