Made this for the preacher at our church for Christmas. Yellowheart, 8.5" across and 2" deep, friction finished. Turns easy enough and turns a golden yellow color when finished. Sitting on some maple to raise it for the photo.

Nice piece Robert. Ya should of made two tho ... someone is bound to see it and want one also ... thats a good thing ....Just don't put no pumpkin in it :eek: :D .

Well done, Robert! I've only done a couple pens w/Yellowheart. Looks like a bigger project is worth looking at, especially if it comes anywhere nice as yours! Good job. :) :cool:
