From a log to a Beautiful Bowl

Sawmill Member and good friend Glenn Hodges wanted some of the magnolia log pile that I found last spring. Told him to come on over. thought you folks might like to see what Glenn showed up with to load the wood and what he did with it 8 months later.

Thanks for the cool little pictorial - I really like the idea of taking a rough log & making something beautiful out of it.

Glenn certainly did that - Love the bowl .

That's a nice setup he has for harvesting turning blanks too :cool:
