As you all know, the further north you go the shorter the winter days get, the colder it gets, and the more likely it is that cabin fever can set in. Since today is the shortest day of the year this is the day when it can affect us the most. Well, through top secret channels I was able to get access to this video showing what Andy Hoyt does to fight off the effects of cabin fever way up north in Maine. Nothing like a good workout! And it must work because Andy always seems to keep his sense of humor, or at least I hope he does. I believe Andy is the one in the pink shirt...........

Harrumpf and humbug to ya Fuller.

But, you should know that that was last year's exercise program. You can tell by all the dated clothing that my bandmates (Stevener, Emch, and evans) are wearing. As I also recall, your art direction skills were called into play during the production of this as just about anyone who's anyone knows that white shoes, black pants, and a pink shirt are soooooo 2004. That you made me wear the clothes off your back to achieve the visual effect does, however, speak to your dedication to your craft.
