In our efforts to keep every one of our customers happy,

they all end up short. Of course this seems fair to us, individually

I don't believe they see it that way. Blaming it on the electrical inspection

doesn't always cut it.

Anyway, here is a shot from 10 days ago. The Christmas paper is where the

glass cabinets are to be installed. See, they had to have a party. Go figure.

Please everyone have a safe and merry Christmas.

Thats sharp. Where do you even begin on a project that big. I would be afraid to even start. The one I'm working on now for my sister has nervous enough. I would have a coronary trying something like that.

Robert,

Not to be snide, I begin by taking the money.

Its ok though this is what I do for a living.

We design the whole package, so once its a go there are no changes except

mine. This policy works out well.

Otherwise you would get a striped horse with two humps and a trunk.

Nice work Per. I remember some of the earlier threads, ans it's come along very nicely.

Could you edit your post to reference the earlier link(s)? I think folks would be interested in the "progress action".;)

Once again, nice work. The Bubunga at the top looks very nice.

Thanks Mike,

Silly me, I forgot about all the new people.

So, from the smc archives....

Wow!!! That is beautiful. It's amazing the variety of woodworking available on this forum. Your work is some of the best I've seen yet. Thanks for sharing and inspiring us.

Very nice Per. Definately a bunch of steps above what seems to pass for craftmanship these days.

Per, the bar looks great! I share your description of the beginning of each project being the collection of a check. I love projects of that scale but don't get very many on the inside of the house these days...:D

Craftsmanship like yours is a lost art!!

Thanks guys,

We will do a how 2 on the columns as soon as time allows.

They were done with a Festool router and a carve wright by

my Old Geezer. Ya see I was just gonna give em half rounds,

tack em to the wall and be done with it...but no, he had his heart set on

doing them like so. Time to actually make em? Bought 2 hours.

Time to figure out how and actually do it? Bought two months.

Per,

Wow, that is very impressive. It is nice to see a project of this scale, especially when it looks this impressive. You do great work.
