large prints from .jpg file, where?

I have several large picture file. I want to enlarge them to 16x20". I know Kinko can print color but I find them expensive.

Is there a web site, that can print them?, I plan to matt and frame them.

Just curious as to how much Kinko's charges? I do large format inkjet printing for the public and I would charge about $30 for a 16x20. I would imagine Kinko's would charge about half that.

Try Costco or Walmart. Both have web sites for uploading, and the prices are reportedly pretty good.
