Turned these over the weekend. 1 and 3 are Mulberry . 2 and 4 are Koa from Hawaii.

Thanks folks. I cut the mulberry on the bias, so that the grain would make the elipse pattern.

Those are really beautiful... I am sure those would make any artist happy!!! I know they would make me happy and I am not much of an artist :D By the way, that is a good bonker in the background! Or is that a rook off a giant chessboard??? :rolleyes:
