If you want to unsubscribe from a particula thread?

Click on "User CP" in the Blue Bar just above your post, find the thread you want to unsubscribe to and click on Unsubscribe.

You can also unsubscribe from a thread by using the "Thread Tools" at the top of any open thread. If you don't want to receive notifications, that's something that's configured in UserCP.
