Log-in question

I am having a problem dowloading some of the files to look at. everything that i down load comes up with a message that i need to log in to see it. what am i doing wrong?

Play around with the options in your control panel (User CP) at the top of this page. perhaps a setting there needs to be cleared up.

I believe they changed things recently so you have to be logged in to download files.
