Hope this is the right place to post this.... I was just wondering if anyone had any plans or ideas for unique rubberband guns other than the traditonal sticks with clothespins attatched. Rubberband guns are fun to make out of scrap pieces of wood..... If anybody has some ideas I would like to hear them.

someday I intend to make the 144 shot gatling gun.

I would like to have it sitting in the corner of my office.:D

No plans, but back in my youth when toys didn't have to be safe or PC, we used to make multi-shot versions. The end closest to you had 6-8 notched flats on it. You'd have to pay attention when "loading" it as all the bands overlapped on the far end, and you'd have to fire them in the right sequence to avoid jams, but it sure beat being caught out of ammo.

I'm just getting into woodworking, but I remember cutting out 250 blanks for the guns when the kids were in cub scouts. I think they were just L shaped with a cloths pin on top.

Haven't used the bandsaw I bought special for that project since. 12 years.
