I am interested in buying a good quality rail and stile set for my 3/4" spindal shaper. I think freeborn is out of my budget but I would still like a good quality set.
I would prefer a 2 piece set ove a 1 piece.

I wouldn't and don't skimp on cutters, router bits and saw blades.

This is where the rubber meets the road so to speak.

I was going to suggest Freeborn, before I read your entire post.

Any thing less, and there are better, I would feel cheated.

I have been pleased with infinity shaper cutters. I have the 1 1/4" bore insert sets, but noticed they carry the 3/4 bore too.

I bought a Freud set which included stile and rail, glue line, door lip, and raised panel cutter for about $320. I have been very happy with them and they are good quality IMO.

Ive had good luck with Grizzly cutters, very clean cut, the reversible rail and stile cutters work well and a good price, the down side is switching them back and forth. If you plan on alot of doors get the dedicated R & S cutters

You didn't mention a budget or a profile preference but the Freud EC-260 (as well as some other profiles) can be found for well under $300:
