Help! Please! I need a dog house.

I have a customer who needs a huge amount of dog house ornaments with a cutout in the center for a picture. I would like to use 1/8" baltic birch. But, due to my poor planning, and the fact that I can't say no, does anyone have a design that they would be willing to share? If so, I would really appreciate any help you can give. I would like to thank you all in advance.

I managed to snag the contract this evening. I was so wrapped up in how to draw a dog house using Corel, that I lost sight of the fundamentals. My good friend, and orthopedic specialist, asked me to explain how to use a computer to draw a picture, and before I had finished a very bright light bulb turned on in my head. Now I have two weeks to complete six weeks work before I get another surgical tuneup.
