I have a rockler pen mandrel, and I use it with 7mm tubes. If I make pens with 10mm tubes, do I need a new mandrel, or will there be spacers on the bushings?

Howdy, if you are still using the PSI kits, then yes, The bushings for THE KIT will work with the 7 mm mandrel.
