DW 716 12" CMS owners?

I am about to take the plunge on this one. I had a Makita 1013 SCMS, but sold it on ebay recently. I don't really use the slider function on anything larger than a 2"x10" which the 716 will cut on the back fence. Question is, do any of you have one and what do you think of it?

I just ordered one yesterday to replace my 705 that I have been using for several years. The 705 has been a great saw & I believe the 716 will be also. There is nothing wrong with the 705 that I am now using. I just wanted the double bevel that the 716 offers.

I went ahead and ordered mine last nite after discovering the Amazon Prime deal. Total with one-day shipping came to $276 for the recon version. I am looking forward to the belt drive and the capacity this saw has. I have my RAS at home so no more need for a slider.

With weight at 44 lbs. my back will thank me on the jobsite!
