18-1/2" x 14" x 8-1/2"... 3/4" thick... buffed oil finish...

Beautiful Mark! I hope the cracks appeared in that snakeskin after you got it off the lathe! My diving board mounted Mini would have fussed about that! Nice job!

There are just a few cracks here and there, Ken. They were there when I started on this bowl. This bark was/is solid and tight. Didn't even have to use CA on it...

Oh Man!, that's a beauty! And besides the fantastic workmanship and the beautiful wood, it's also kind of lesson on the anatomy of a walnut tree. All the growth patterns are interesting.

Nice job Mark, the walnut bark is spectacular indeed!!! Love the sap wood / heart wood mix. Remarkable contrast.:D
