I buy small quantities from Sloans Woodshop. Even with shipping it is cheaper than I can get it here in town. http://www.sloanswoodshop.com/
For bigger quantities, Delvies Plastics in Utah.

In most cities there are plastics distributors. Some of them will have cut offs and reminants at attractive pricing. Others only want to sell full sheets. Look in the yellow pages under plastics and let your fingers do the walking. Often if you approach them as a buiness and get an account set up (even if it is COD) you will get much better pricing. For small quantities of lots of things www.mcmaster.com (http://www.mcmaster.com) can be a great resource.

I have used www.usplastics.com (http://www.usplastics.com) in Lima, OH. They have a wide variety of plastics.

I'd like to add a second vote for Delvies. They let you buy larger sheets, then cut them to size for free. Plus good prices.
