Having run the Veritas MKII for awhile now I'd say JessEm's taken it a step further for those that use stones. I'm currently hooked on glass and micro-abrasive film but that looks pretty cool. More importantly for me; like the Veritas, it looks pretty goof-proof. Some of us just don't have the sharpening gene and need guides. ;-)
