Which is best is very dependent on the task at hand and the machine the blade will go on. I'd guess the WWII 40T is their most popular blade...

The WWII is a general purpose (aka combo) blade...it's available in 30T or 40T configurations, and in thin or full kerf. The 30T will rip a little more aggressively than the 40T, but both will perform well in stock to ~ 2". Both have a 20 degree rake angle that aid in their ripping ability, and sharp ATB ground teeth with a low side clearance to help with a clean cut.

The 10" WWI is a 60T blade and is more geared toward crosscuts. It'll leave a cleaner cut than the WWII but won't rip as aggressively, and isn't as versatile. It has a 5 degree rake angle, which doesn't rip as efficiently, but the teeth have a steeper ATB bevel (30d), and there's more of them for a cleaner cut...it should do a better job in sheetgoods. It's available in a TK or full kerf too.

The WWII is better suited for a TS. The WWI is fine for TS, RAS, or CMS. Both are available in a variety of diameters.
Forrest does make a good 20T rip blade AFAIK. Forrest's site can give you alot more info:

The WW1 is for use on a radial arm saw for cross cutting.
The WWII is for use on a table saw for ripping & cross cutting.
