Hey guys...check out the new snow shovel...The WOVEL.

It's been on TV and Time magazine. Alot cheaper then a snow thrower!!!!

I wonder if it works good in deep snow.

I wouldn't be surprised if some old farmer had something like this years ago & its time has just come around again.

It doesn't look like it does a great job of scraping the driveway clean, so you'd have to go over the area again if your situation required getting all of the snow off (like ours).

BTW, this really belongs in the Off Topic Forum.

looks to me like it would take more effort than a snowshovel, if you're supposed to use it in the way demonstrated in the little animated clip on the website there. Not to mention it's rediculously big and requires space to store. And for 120$, i could pay someone to shovel the driveway for the next five or six years and not have to put ANY effort into it.

Don't think my heart would cope with using it on my 300 foot driveway. It would work great on the concrete pad in front of my two car garage but so does my snow blower.
I like the PT Barnum and the Ebay comments.
