View Full Version : Great Customer Service From PSI???

I ordered the fishing lure kit from PSI on a Sunday, received it in the mail the next Friday. Yesterday I discovered that one bag of screws was missing. I called them this morning to let them know. Ten minutes ago I got the email from them letting me know they have shipped a replacement.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with them.

That is good Jason. Maybe they are trying to fix things. I always get stuff pretty quickly if they have it in stock. The problems comes when so much stuff is out of stock and often. Good to see they fixed it quickley!

they're good about replying to e-mails, but they always seem to take their time before shipping my stuff(like over a week)
