Dust collection demystified

The Fine Woodworking Tools and Shops annual issue which arrived in todays mail has a six page spread with tips for choosing and configuring a DC system. Haven't read it yet but I expect it will be full of useful information.

Saw the thread below on dust/chip collection and thought I would pass on the information. Every little bit of knowledge helps.
