I just realized I don't know what I'm talking about. If the Powermatic of my dreams is 'Mustard' is my current Jet 1642 'Mayo' or is Mayo a Oneway. I also thought that maybe the Oneway cult members may be offended by our refering to thier machines as a condiment.

Just an end of the day brain dead wonder.

Your Jet may be referred to as "Mayo Lite". There are other colors out there, ie., Battleship Grey, (Go Navy!) in a Nova DVR, but I really can't come up with a suitable representative condiment to match. Any suggestions?

Frank you have to be a Jet owner to appreciate Mayo Lite. Just don't say it too loud around guys like Andy who have the "Big Boy of Mayo". They probably won't let us live it down. I join you in your claim to Mayo...lite.:)

Geez, what does that make a Stubby. Can't think of and probably don't want if there was, a black condiment.

I'm thinking that the Jet wood really be Mustard Light. Isn't Jet and Powermatic both made by the WMH Tool Group, or at least imported by them?

And what would you call my old battleship gray Oliver?

Oneways and Jets are indeed both Mayo.

but............

Oneway is to Jet much like Hellman's is to Kraft Miracle Whip.:D

I'll second Corey's relish for the General. Now all we need to do is get them all in the same room and start cooking up some hot dogs and burgers!

If the Oneway is considered Mayo, perhaps Jet could be called Miricle Whip as it can make a nice piece or two without the fat that Mayo requires.
