Just finish a coat of arms for my son's bed that I am making. I just took a class from Craig Stevens at my woodworking club and decided to do it in marketry. I used about 3/32" thick pieces that were planed on one side and rough sawn on the other. Set my scroll saw to about 5 degrees to make the bevel match up. The panel was already veneered with avodire (thanks to Steve Wargo). I inlet the finished coat of arms.
The bed should be done soon. Supposed to deliver it on Thanksgiving.
