loading pics

Not sure this post belongs here, but I have a question. I wanted to know if I can loads pics from my computer or they have to be on a web site. If they do, which one do you guys use? Wanna get the pics of the jointer up for you

This is a tutorial on resizing and posting pictures written by Creeker Vaughn McMillan. It runs about 20 printed pages, complete with pics of the different screens you need to use. It's easy to use after the first time.
