Good news, Bad news (lathe related)

Good News-

My wife seems to like the spinny thing,,,,

Bad News-

I may have lost my lathe to her.

Actually, she is turning on a Wilton mini lathe that I got for free, so my Jet is still mine.
Pics are of her turning for the first time and her first attempt at a pen. Its flaming birch with a wire burn.
