Thanks all. I tried Woodcraft,HTC,Woodworker Supply and General. The only ones I could find had a 700# capacity. I'll check Grizzly.:) Just checked grizzly on line. Did a search and the ones listed won't work.

Canadian source 1200 lbs.

The frame looks the same as the ShopFox to me, but the wheels are made out of metal. If you look at the picture you will see the round holes they cut into the wheels to reduce the weight. This makes me wonder if the 1200 lbs. rating is due to the wheels only?
I'm not sure what the base size you will need?

Ahh I found a ShopFox base that will do 1200 lbs.

This is a Canadian source.

Alright an American source, 1200 lbs:

"Shop Fox Super HD Mobile Base #816491 Price: $89.99"

This is a 1200 lbs. at Woodcraft, I guess you missed it.

"Shop Fox Super HD Mobile Base has a 1200 lb. capacity and adjustments to fit machines from 18" x 24-1/2" to 28-1/2" x 33-1/2"."
