I'm Looking For A Recent Post - Can Someone Help Me Out ?

Hi all -

Several weeks ago someone posted their shop-built height-adjustable assembly bench.

I don't remember the poster's name - otherwise I'd go to his name and look through each of hist posts.

Here's a brief description -

The top was a torsion box.

Each leg was constructed in two parts and the upper part had a clamp-type affair that fit into drilled/routed recesses in the lower part.

Can someone help me out and find the post?
