I am making a maple dresser (http://www.woodstore.net/dresser.html) for my daughter's bedroom and want to change the plan slightly. The plan calls for a hard maple top, but I saw a dresser made by Martin Lutz (http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=29191) that really caught my eye. Instead of hard maple, I would like to veneer a plywood top with figured maple veneer. I do know someone in our local WW club who has a veneer press table to accomodate the size.
Where can I buy veneer online approximately 66"x19"?

I was looking at this paper-backed 2'x8' sheet of curly maple (http://www.joewoodworker.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=51_71&products_id=2875). If I do buy this veneer, can I used regular wood glue or should I pick up BetterBond veneer press glue that they recommend?
