Hi All,

I adjusted the fence and have it cross cutting under a 1/16" in 4 feet. Ripping it is also under a 1/16.

I also bought an Oldham 60 tooth 7 1/4" plywood blade that cuts very clean.

I cut down 4 sheets of the $29 Maple/Birch ply to make shelves for friends of mine. The ply had very few voids and were mostly small. The shelves are 6' 6"H X 14' 4" W X 8" deep so the ply was well disected and the saw got quite a work out.

Improvements needed:

Dust collection- The shop vac at the back of the saw worked well but there was a lot of saw dust comming off of the front of the blade. The dust collected on the fence. The wheels for a fence would eliminate this problem.

UHMD tape did not adhere well next to the kerf. I tacked it down but need to do something more.

Over all I am pleased with it.
