I finally recieved my last shipment of hose and misc items from Oneida today so I thought I would share some photo's of the manifold I made. I saw this on Oneida's installations web site in "keith Neer's" shop, called Oneida who contacted Keith. Keith called me and went over a few things and this is what I came up with. I have a 3hp Dust Gorilla and it works great for me.

What material did you use for the manifold's body?

Paul, that's a pretty impresive manifold you created. with the setup you are using, how long is each drop (flex hose) off the manifold? Are your drops all off the floor?

Dan, the two 5" are about 10' long the three 4" are all less than 7' long. The two 5" are on the floor why do you ask?

I was trying to visualize how you might be using your dust collection setup. So based on the short runs, your equipment must be quite close to the manifold. Again nice system.

Nice installation! I have a 1.5 system in a small shop with 3 overhead branches that terminate in drops/blast gates, but your setup is making me think about making some changes to better accomodate mobile tools.

Dan, I was just wondering if there was a reason not to have flex pipe on the floor? Anyway the three 4" basically end in the picture, one at the overhead guard, one for the down draft table, and one for the vacum hose. Then there is a 10' five inch to the table saw and a 12' 5" to the jounter.

Paul, I have two runs of 6 inch flex running on the floor, been there for a couple of years, no problems that picking my feet up would cure.

Dan mine run under the outfeed table so shouldn't be a problem. I was a little concerned about how far the hose stuck out from the post but I think it will be fine.
