The spiny thing is in it's new home and getting a little attention
I recycled some lumber to make a schlick handle and messing with a few other things laying around the shop.
Now you've done it big time. More distractions from the mission.

Hey buddy we have been on NIMS since the onset. Kansas and Nebraska was the test bed for that @##$$%%$## thing. Almost 3 years of that debacle and I almost retired twice over it.

Only 793 days here but heck like you say who is counting. Happy turning buddy. Gett'er done.

Hey, Now!

Let's get this thread back on topic.

You know - making fun of Tyler.

Or I'll be sending a six pack of Moxie to the next guy who states a retirement date earlier than mine - February 43rd, 2038

Ya know folks...there are web sites that will supply you with a count-down banner for your signature that you can use to rub it in even harder!! (Like TickerCentral and LillyPie...the gals on the adoption forums use them for all kinds of things...)

Mike that is the very best part of the whole deal, that these fine artists would take their time to share the time and talents with me. The spinny is greatly appreciated but the hand to hand transfer cross country will inspire me to the grave.
Thanks

The story should inspire many for years and years. It could turn into a wood turning folk lore of how one of the greatest turners ever, started turning on his first lathe.

Less than 8 years for me!

"Re-tire-ment"? Hmmm...That reminds me; I think LOML's car does indeed need some new skins! Anyhow, glad to see you cranking something out on the spinny thing, my friend! :)

I'm self employed so retirement may NEVER come!!! I am a finish carpenter by trade.

But the lathe will:p

Tyler, what are all the signatures from?

Nice to meet you all, been drooling over the spin you all put on things. Saving my pesos for a lathe, so I can get spun out, too!!!
