Delta model 12/14

Can anyone tell me anything about these saws (model 12/14)?
Specifically, are used ones worth messing with? Can I easily swap out a single phase motor since these were commercial machines?

Is the mitre slot the standard size or is it oversize like the old Tannewitz saws?

Is it better than a Unisaw?

Any common problems or things to look out for? Lastly, what is a reasonable price to pay for one well used but in good shape?
