I searched SMC and didn't see this site listed here in the forum. The site I speak of is Cornell University's 'Making of America' collection. I have used it often in researching 19th century photography formulas. It's basically a lot of old books and journals digitized and put online for free viewing. You can view as TIF, PDF, or plain text and of course save any pages to your computer.. Just try a search for dovetail and you'll see what I mean that this is an interesting resource.
