Ive been on a mission to use some of the scraps of wood in my shop and would like to make some jigs, storage, helpers. I have been through a bunch of my magazines, but I was thinking it would make a good thread.

Please post your favorite(s) here with a pic if you have it.

Thanks a bunch!

Jason

Jason,

Not exactly wooden jigs but here is my hammer hanging system. PVC pipe scraps that are cut on the bandsaw or with a jig saw to fit the hammer head. One screw through the top of the pipe into the shelf above does the trick and all your hammers are easy to find and store.

This is a neat project to get rid of a bunch of short pieces. I've also made a lot of cutting boards the same way. I know it's not jigs etc, but still can use a bunch of scrap.
