It's a Jet 1014, used with a Penn State Utility Chuck...

He's asking $195.00

The variable speed 1014 sells new for $374 and was on sale for $299 with a Nova chuck. The six-speed version lists for $275.

With a chuck included, that would be an OK price for the six-speed and a screamin' deal for the variable speed.
