I googled "cedar plywood sliced" and found a lot of results. Here's one. (http://www.theworkbench.com/pdf/plywood.pdf)

Be sure to find out whether you're getting sliced, peeled, etc. veneer on the ply.

Joe, it would help if we knew where you are. A source which is at the other end of the country won't help you much.
