Nice, I like the ring on top. That's my next shape to try.

Something tells me it would take more than a spalted hunk of maple to beat you at turning!;)

Simply graceful. Another Stinson beauty.

Someone once said...you must overcome resistance with persistence. Your work is just all around awesome.

This is first class work Travis! The ring on the top really gives it that extra touch of class.

I can almost type "wow" without looking anymore...WOW! Another beauty, Travis! Absolutely beautiful. And I really appreciate the simplicity of the form and so forth as it really lets the wood speak. The illusion of a collar works well in that respect, rather than having an added piece, as it doesn't distract while adding just enough emphasis around the opening. Nice!

I'm sorry Travis - but I'm afraid that this thing has suck written all over it.

Travis that is a mighty fine looking piece for you having trouble with it. Love the form and finish especially the circle on top. Nice job.

Andy may want to be careful, Travis may turn him into a hollow form.

Ooohhh - I'm a shaking and quivering, Travis.

But I don't think your mustardizer has the needed swing, or the horsepower and torque either.

After all - you know what Moxie does to ones innards, doncha?:D:D:D

Did I just say that?

Yea, it rots your guts.;) So, are you saying that you don't have the guts to go heads up with a big ol HF likeness of your head? I would have to scrounge around for the ugliest chunk of wood I can find.:p

Ugly wood? Easy - just ask that no good for nothing Cothren fella for some of his fresh killed walnut. And my melon is already pretty hollow. But if you really think you can do it -- bring it on bub.:D
