Turned these 2 from a block of Maple burl. The first one is 8 1/2" diameter by 5 1/4" tall with a rolled Ebony collar, buffed Seal-a-cell finish.

Very pretty and beautiful as usual Travis. If you run out of room to store those? I'll gladly make room on my display shelf for them. :D

These are GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!! I'm with Dennis - if you are short on display space, you can send them to me. I'll take good care of them.

One of these days I'm going to do something like this. I have declared it.

Prettymeutimous Travis. I'd turn something this nice right now if I could find a piece of wood with a fish hole in it. Guess it'll have to wait a few more years( maybe 20) till I find that piece.:D

I don't mean to blow a bunch of smoke up your wahzoo Travis but I'd have to say that you're becoming one of the finest turners I've seen. I waste a lot of time looking at several turning sites on the web and your stuff it as good as any I've seen. And I hope I'm not making anyone else feel bad, that's just my opinion.

Those are both beauties! The wood, the shape, the finish, and the photography are excellent.
