One step above Bonkers

AFter work one day, I needed a realease. I made this goblet from a Pine I had cut down. The left over logs are now a supply of practice wood. The large stem is due to drilling a hole for weeds, etc.

Were having a "several houses in a court" garage sale tomorrow. This is my first stopper and we'll see if it gets any interest. My wine making friend at work also wants some.

Nice work Mike! I think pine is pretty tough to work with myself so if you can make it look that good you've accomplished something. Interesting shape too. And I like the stopper too.
