Kudos to supplier (Bibb Tool & Cutter)

Tod started a couple of threads about good service. I'd like to add one here for Bibb Tool and Cutter.

I ordered a special Amana router bit from them. Their order form said it would arrive by this Friday with standard shipping (the order form also gives the arrival date for different shipping options). As a note in my order, I commented that I absolutely positively needed to receive the bit by Friday so that I could complete a project by Saturday. To meet my needs, they upgraded my shipping to 2nd day air at no cost to me.

I bought my planer, jointer and bandsaw from them. Good folks for sure. Even had a chance to meet the owner out at IWF, a real nice guy.
