cutting felt with laser

Has anybody here ever cut felt with their laser? What settings did you use? I have an Epilog Mini 18 25w. Any suggestions with be very helpful.

On my Mini-18 35W I cut thin felt

S=40 P=50 Freq=800

I use it to line the bottom of gift boxes.

Like Pete I do the same - quite often it is better to take a piece and experiment with the particular piece of cloth. If it is black and you go to slow it will sometimes leave a brown mark around the edge - an alteration in speed and ppi will have big differences. I have found fastest speed with a low power usually does the trick
