Does anyone own and/or use a jointech system? If so, your opinions please, and what would a resonable offer be for one in use but like new condition?

Bill:

Which system are you looking at, exactly?

I'm not that familiar with the various options, but I believe it is or similiar to the "cabinet maker"??

incremental positioning fence; usually 12, 18, or 26 inches. I have the 26" on my tablesaw and my router table. I am a very happy customer.

My experience with their smartlift digital has been great. It's a bit expensive, but works as advertised.

I have their SmartMiter and am very pleased.

My rule of thumb for used is 40-60% of new. Less is better:D

OK, in that case, I can help you! (Assuming that it's the Cabinetmaker's System that they currently sell, and not the older positioning systems and/or fences.) I have the 18" Clincher and the 32" SmartFence. I like them both, especially the fine adjustment feature on the Clincher. I'd recommend buying one of their videos to give you some good instructions on how the unit operates.
